Seasoned some fresh tomatoes with salt, pepper, olive oil, and some Balsamic vinegar.
Threw 'em over some ultra thin slices of red onion that I layered on  rolled out pizza dough, then alternated some mozzarella cheese slices in there.  Baked in a very hot over.  500* for about 12 min.
Spread with some pesto I made while pizza dough was rising.    Next I added some Pecorino/Romano cheese and some rough chopped Greek olives.
It was piping hot and very delicious.  Love homemade pizza!
