We are cooking up a new tradition here this New Year's day.

A delicious one.  And, even better, very easy!




 Milk Braised Pork Shoulder with Browned Butter Colcannon


This picture doesn't really do this dish any favors!  But man, this was the best, most tender, moist pork shoulder I have ever made.



This is a much better representation of what this dish looks like!


I am seriously thinking that I can't wait to make this again.  The leftovers over homemade buttermilk biscuits have me drooling.
