Chop yourself up some nice white chocolate.
Toast up some sliced almonds.
Mix up the other stuff.  To include chopping up some crystallized ginger.

 Shape your logs.

Bake,  cool a bit,  slice and re-bake.

And you will end up with the world's best White Chocolate, Ginger, Almond Biscotti.

Guaranteed.  World famous.  Well, in my world,  anyway.
It's a very easy recipe, just gimme a holler if you'd like it.
