Well, we're getting there.

Yeah, not great pic's of the backsplashes here, but I'm in the middle of dinner, see the boiling pot there....  
All I have left to do here is paint my cooktop and my wall oven.  Both are still pink.  The lady who lived here, the original owner, LOVED pink.  The counter tops used to be pink with that gold speckled thing goin' on.  The walls and ceiling were, you guessed it, pink.
Joint compound does very, very nice stucco and it was a really fun, albeit messy, job.
And for a change, I got exactly what I was going for. 
We all know how often *that* happens!
