 Sauté about 1/2 an onion
Whip up a dozen eggs with 1 cup of water
add one bag thick and crusty chips, lightly crushed and let soak for about 10 mins then toss in the sautéed onions
Cook on stove for about 5 -7 min until set(ish) then throw in the pre-heated 350*oven

Plated with some Broccoli salad it was truly delicious.

There some salting and peppering going on in there too.  I think that can be left up the the cooks discretion :)
